How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $75.00 ship for free within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories).

Orders under $75.00 will include a $9.99 shipping charge.

Can I purchase faster shipping?

Our sincerest apologies that faster shipping cannot be purchased at this time. We currently ship our items via FedEx SmartPost meaning your purchase will be shipped via FedEx and as it reaches a city near you, the package is transferred off to your local post office for delivery.

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories).

Where's my order?

Orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to our support team for assistance at hello@furhaven.com.

What size bed should I buy for my dog?

Each product page includes sizing charts and recommendations based on your dog's Height, length, and weight.

FurHaven Tip: We suggest measuring your dog in their favorite sleeping position to find the best fit.

Are your beds chew resistant?

At this time, FurHaven does not make chew-resistant beds.

If you've got a chewer on your hands, we recommend supervision during use. But rest assured, for any unexpected accidents, FurHaven offers a 60 Day Worry-Free Warranty Program that offers a one-time replacement for accidents. Visit the Warranty page for the full terms and conditions of the program.

Are FurHaven beds waterproof?

Our indoor beds are not waterproof, but we offer water-resistant indoor/outdoor pet beds and bed liners made of waterproof fabric.

Are your dog and cat bed covers removable?

Yes! Most FurHaven pet beds have removable and machine-washable covers for easy cleaning.

How do I wash my dog and cat bed?

For standard covers, machine wash the cover on cold with high-quality detergent.

For any water-resistant covers and liners, wipe down the fabric with a warm, wet cloth. Use mild soap as needed and rinse. Towel or line dry.

Do you sell replacement bolsters?

No, at this time, we do not sell replacement or extra bolsters.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re here to help! If your order arrives damaged, contact us within a week of delivery at hello@furhaven.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.

What if my product is defective?

We offer a 90-day manufacturer guarantee against defects. If you experience an issue, file a warranty claim on our website.

What is the return policy?

For orders placed on FurHaven.com, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in like-new condition.

If you received the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

If you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

The original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded.

For orders purchased on other retailer websites, please visit the original website of purchase.

Are replacement posts/parts available for Tiger Tough?

Replacement parts are available within 90 days of purchase. Outside this window, we offer Sisal and Jute Rope for refreshing scratching surfaces.
